In my opinion, Stylo was the weakest of the three demos that Damon released. My favorite was Broken.
But this is a definite improvement over the original demo. It really has Gorillaz's sound, and I hope that the rest on [i]Plastic Beach[/i] will be even better.

Off topic: 2010 is going to be great with the new Daft Punk album and the new Gorillaz album coming out. If the two ever collaborated it would be a dream come true.

I'm not sure, listening to Stylo It just seemed as is if there was no reason for Mos Def to be in there. I don't think he contributed anything to the song that Damon couldn't and looking at the track listing it seems as if these kind of cameos are abundant all through the album.
