There doesn't seem to be much information about this story yet.
84th and Beloit is about 5 minutes from me, 89th and Becher isn't much farther. It's a pretty decent neighborhood as well.

We have 14 year olds running around Milwaukee stealing cars all the time. This is not surprising.
