• New To Exercise (With some complications)

Hello, my current goal is to be all around bulkier and a bit more toned just for the sexy factor. I may or may not decide to get a job as a bouncer in Minneapolis depending on certain outside factors, but I would like to be bigger and beefier and preferably more toned if possible. I would pretty much feel the most comfortable with having the Baron of Hell's physique from Doom just with hair on its chest. I know those kinds of physiques take a while, but I just want to start going in that direction because monster/intimidating is what I feel comfortable with. However, while I would not cheat on my wife, I do like female attention (even though I can't and never would do what I want to/could do with it), and I know being overly hulkish can repulse women, but I'm pretty sure there's ways to cut it off once it eventually gets to that point. My current body type is somewhat large. I'm 6'1, 201 pounds and have broad shoulders (although I don't appear to have much muscle on my shoulders at all). My chest is very large and I can do the chest dance thing where you flex and your chest noticeably moves without any working out. I'm fairly top-heavy; my torso is naturally larger than average, but I have noodle legs which makes me somewhat easy to tip over, so I may need to work on them more often at first to keep my body proportionate. I'm somewhat flabby and my gut just barely extends out to my belt buckle or button on my pants but it doesn't feel as doughy as flab usually does and I'm not sure why that is. Things working in my favor: I'm already sort of a brute to mold from. As I mentioned before, I can do the chest dance thing without any exercise and I've wrestled guys who do work out and I've won. I have high testosterone levels (I am medically defined as having high testosterone). While it causes my hair to recede and gives me some slight skin problems, it probably will help me substantially become more of a brute/healthy. I have reasonably good self-discipline. My wife wants to go to the gym with me. Although I'm probably more likely to keep her going than the other way around. Things I need to work around: I have medical issues that make it difficult for my body to recover after intense physical activity, which can make too much exercise potentially dangerous. I was allowed to run slower at the beginning of physical education and I am disqualified from the military just on paper as a result. I cannot process certain long chain fatty acids in dairy products for reasons related to the obstacle up above. Too much of most dairy products can land me in the hospital, although small quantities will have effects similar to morphine. Whey shakes are pretty much out of the question. For complicated legal reasons that aren't worth going into detail with, for the next year and a half, me and my wife have a ceiling of how much money we can make (which isn't much). So we need to spread our income for food, and unfortunately it's the shitty food that's cheap. My parents buy food, but they buy almost nothing but junk food. It keeps us alive, but it's in no way healthy for either of us. I hear my wife talk about having certain portions of protein intake being from non-meat sources (the portion changes time to time), but I hear about body builders eating a lot meat and eggs. I like meat, particularly lamb, which I've heard is healthier than beef. Me and my wife both like Indian and Middle Eastern food when we do buy food for ourselves every once in a while and I generally eat whatever has the most lamb in it. I want to know what portions of meat seem to work for people who tend to get larger faster and appear to be the healthiest. My wife might have a bias against meat, but I am almost certainly have a bias toward eating larger meat quantities. Me and my wife are currently going back and forth on which health club to join. At one point we were going to join Planet Fitness, but I know they're dicks about things like grunting while exercises and I tend to grunt whenever I do a lot of things. That combined with my generally intimidating demeanor would probably get us kicked out so we've eliminated that as an option. We're most likely going to join one that's $26 per month because my sister is about to join it and our commute would be a pain in the ass with gas prices otherwise (we live in the middle of nowhere). Also, don't worry about age. Just because I'm married does not mean that I'm old at all. I'm 22 and my wife is 20. So what's the most efficient way to get this done?
You can be a bouncer at the club Valentinos, most those guys there are pure body fat. (Last time i was there.) Try Getting a regular run in everyday during the week, to cut down on the body fat. Also lean chicken breast for dinner, and oatmeal for breakfast can make a huge difference. For an overall tone try using the Army's exercises/smoking. (Not the warm-up drills.), For example, Flutter kicks, Supine Bicycle, Speed squats for the legs, push-ups ( And if your not too good at push ups try holding the front leaning rest for as long as you can.), also 8 count push ups are good too. Doing those regularly with a good lean diet, will get you cut real quick. I went into basic training at 190, came out 165 cut to shit. Maintain self confidence, and discipline. Keeping a strong mind, helps a ton too. Set goals, train your mind into what foods are loser foods, and what foods are winner foods. Hope this helps.

They recently just updated their rules to make themselves even worse. My friend who has a membership there says you cannot have water bottles larger than 20oz there. He wanted to quit so badly after that since he generally carries a 1 gallon water carton around.

For nutrition, if you can't process milk isolates, I would most certainly recommend a high legume diet. Gas problems aside, legumes offer good protein and carbs, which will probably be supplemented on top of your relatively high meat intake. Also, if you're eating on a budget, I highly HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend getting in the habit of subscribing to the mailing list of your nearest supermarkets and collecting coupons. The money you save with coupons and membership adds up so fucking fast the supermarket might as well be paying you to take their groceries.
lmao fucking cheap gook at work, gentlemen
im actually a chinese jew i ejaculate money
If you have a hard time with milk based stuff like whey, there's other types of protein powders out there. Carnivor is beef isolate and the fruit punch flavor tastes great in just water. There's also soy-based proteins out there.
^ that sounds weird as fuck lmao

Because of finances, me and my wife are just going to use the University of Minnesota's gym, but because of driving distance we would prefer to make as few trips as possible. What are some things I could do here to build muscle? I know the Greeks and Romans had muscular citizens (and barbarians), so I'm sure there's something that I can do here. I'll lift damn rocks in the back yard if I have to. Is there a way to add weight to pushups to make them more challenging? Is there a similar method with situps? Any strange workouts?
To add more weights to shit like push ups, pull ups, dips, whatever the fuck, just get a backpack and fill it with heavy shit. Good exercises that doesn't require a lot of gear to do which produces great results are shit like Squats, Deadlifts, Pull ups, Push ups, Dips, Floor presses, etc. All you really need is a barbell and weights and you can get like a 45 lbs barbell + 300 pounds of weights for like 100-200$ and you're set for a long time.
I'm at the point where I think I may want to start doing push up jacks with weights. I haven't worked out in a few days because I was sick and it was recommended for me to not do anything intensive while sick. I'm still sick, but I don't know when the bug is going to be done, so I'm hopping back on. At some point, I want to look at the ground and think that this planet is for pussies because its gravity is too weak for me... but I'm not at that point yet and my abs are still weaker than I think they should be. Although, I have been working out with my wife, and she actually did better than me with abdominal exercises at first (unless weight was involved), but I'm now already doing better than her at sit-ups and some things she learned from swimming when she in high school. I've got ways to go, but I think even if we don't get to use a gym or purchase weights for a while (which might not actually be a problem depending on which jobs we get), I'll do alright. I am already noticing some slight cosmetic differences and a lot of objects are starting to feel noticeably lighter, even if I hadn't worked out that day. And I noticed that after a little bit less than a week of exercise that my stomach, even though fat still hides my abdominal muscles, looks as if my abs are plotting to rip the fat away and are kind of pulling the layer of fat into a more appropriate shape for my stomach to be in. Our diet could be better, and it should be better once I get a new job. I'm not too far yet, but I can tell that body responds well to exercise and I'm well on my way to being a scary, or at least sexy, steed of a man. I've also considered the insanity workout, but it doesn't seem like it's for anything other than losing fat and wouldn't do anything growth wise. Rip 'n tear
