Use smaller brushes. I don't really know what's going on in the background with those gray lines (assuming they're cables), but some of them are breaking the laws of physics. Foliage needs work, along with just about everything. I have no clue what that brown thing in the foreground is. GladOs looks too clean for being exposed to the environment.
Looks pretty good; Reminds me of some styles concept artists use.

Well i thought i'd get a ton of dumbs, haha. Thanks all for the C&C, you lot have inspired me to try more.
