I'm not sure what they just did to that poor brain..
what?? i don't get it
huh?
I think they put it into some sort of solution and are slicing very thin slices off of it and taking a picture after each slice. Then they use that to make a 3D-model.
That reminds me, I need to get some more cold cuts this week...
They are probably taking pictures of each slice, which will then be used to make a 3D slisable model or something
Yeah but the way he just wipes off the slices of brain with some utensil, looking like it scrambles aaaagh I don't know what to think.
I'd kinda like to see where he places the slices afterwards or so, but it's just outside the view.
If anyone is interested, look up the Visable Human Project. Tl;DR of it is that they are creating a 3D model. I wonder how they got past all the problems that the original project had.

If I'm getting this right. It's a 3D printed copy of his brains being sliced. It is a copy right? :tinfoil:

Nah, I'm fairly certain that's the real brain. They're slicing and scanning it so that they can make a very accurate 3d model.

how did they get the 3D copy of it?
Reminds me of how they just destroyed Einsteins brain by chopping it into such little pieces that it is useless.
how did they get the 3D copy of it?
They most likely got the lines vectored on the outside and put the multiple images together.

They photograph all of the brain and then go into a 3D model creator, wherein they'll load up all the individual slices and then compile them together and reformat them to make a 3D Brain.
I think.
