I think I'm going to be the only one to feel this way, but I liked it.
I found that quite hilarious actually.
Can we strap a yogscast filter onto facepunch so you can't post their videos here anymore please
Ah, reminds me of the good old days of the yogpod.
The Yogscast are actually funny if you listen to their Podcast, it has some great stuff in there, this is where this actually originated from. You need to look past the shit that they do that panders to the 10 year olds

Also this is Warwick fucking Davis, how can you not like this
Simon confirmed for a special guest dwarf in The Hobbit.

Hilarious when he hands him the cue cards and they've increased in size :v:
This is a completely legitimate sketch like you'd see Ricky Gervais doing on his new show for example, but since the Yogscast made it (I hear they play minecraft a lot and minecraft is for 10 year olds) I hate it

The first part was sorta meh but the second part with the voices was fucking hilarious
is it bad if I never watch any youtubers interview anybody, they always seem mind blowingly awkward, how is this one?
They used to be alright, but when they started getting popular they started putting out tons of mediocre crap to appease their obnoxious fanbase.
Mediocre crap like what? They're doing to same kinds of videos they've always done, mostly Let's Play style videos. I've been watching them since the start and they're still the same Yogscast they always have been. Who gives a shit about the fanbase? Is that something people really concern themselves with? Do people really go "well X type of person likes it and I don't like X type of person so I can't enjoy the same things they enjoy."
is it bad if I never watch any youtubers interview anybody, they always seem mind blowingly awkward, how is this one?
Extremely awkward, but it's most likely scripted. Sorta like the Office.
So, just because they do something you don't like that's unrelated, you hate everything they do?
Doesn't make much sense, does it?
Am I the only one who finds Warwick Davis really annoying?
I love how Warwick warms up to Simon as Part 2 goes on.
I like Yogscast but I can't stand the majority of their videos any more, they're just catering to their 12 year-old fan base, and I don't blame them. If you like the Yogscast without the fanbase, listen to Yogpod.
Not really interested in Yogscast but I loved Life's Too Short. Warwick Davis is great
How are they catering to 12 year olds?
They didn't mean to, they used to make legitimately funny tongue in cheek videos/fantastic podcasts. then they started playing Minecraft when it wasn't really popular, they didn't know it'd have a fanbase following of 11 year olds, every time they try to make videos of different games they get flamed in the comments
They play Minecraft because they enjoy it and their fans enjoy. It's completely coincidental that a lot of younger people just happen to enjoy Minecraft too. That doesn't mean they're pandering to that audience, it's simply that they've found success in playing Minecraft and they enjoy playing it. So of course they're going to keep playing it. That's like saying comedians pander to people who like jokes. [editline]29th October 2012[/editline] and their videos are still hilarious. The entire Yogscast are some of the most entertaining people on Youtube no matter what they're playing.
