Looks like some random Fantasy movie.
I don't see how good computer generation makes a good movie. In this case, all I see is that this magical person makes an army of stone people that swear alligance. Not particularily interesting.
Transformers 2 had an insane budget, and that movie got maybe a 6/10. District 9 on the other hand looked like it had a much smaller budget for computer generation, and look how good that one's ratings were. The plot was where it was at.
This is pretty cool.

That has nothing to do with how entertaining a movie is. Good CGI/effects adds to the believability of the story. In the case of Transformers, the writing and overall story was shit to begin with, so the CGI didn't really help at all. District 9 was more realistic and had a much better story (IMO)
