of course it is, do you see the ".skype.com"? you can't fake that.

It looks pretty trustworthy, I mean it is from skype.com

It doesn't work like that. Either way it sends you an email with a coupon/voucher that you enter on your skype account, done on the regular skype website or in program.

Only calls between skype-accounts. You can make calls via Skype to phones - but then you have to pay.
