Police entered the Southern California home of Chris Brown on a search warrant Tuesday afternoon to investigate a woman's claim that the R&B singer threatened her with a gun. The unidentified woman reported the early-morning incident to police, saying 27-year-old Brown pointed the gun at her before she left his gated estate in the wealthy Los Angeles enclave of Tarzana, law enforcement sources told NBC News. The LAPD received a call at about 3 a.m. local time and sent several patrol cars to the home later Tuesday morning.
http://www.nbcnews.com/pop-culture/music/lapd-enters-chris-browns-home-after-woman-claims-he-threatened-n640126?cid=eml_onsite
Chris Brown is a piece of shit, I wouldn't be surprised if he did do what he's being accused of
"Every three months, y'all come up with something, bro. What is it? What's going to be next?" he asked, adding, "At the same time, when I call police for stalker people … they don't come until the next day."
Probably because a convicted felon pointing a gun at a person is far more important than the paparazzi taking pictures of you dood.
So someone comes stalking on his estate(trespassing) and he calls the police and they do nothing, so he forces the person off the estate. His probation has been over for a year now, and he is able in California to request his gun-rights be reapplied. Hell it's completely possible he didn't even use a gun, and the trespasser is simply drumming up the tears, because they realize that they got caught trespassing and they could very well be arrested right now. I'd personally need to see actual proof of the gun being used, otherwise this is a pretty clear-cut case of someone defending their property and telling someone they are trespassing and to get off.
Even if he is scum for what he did years ago, that was still years ago. can't assume whether he's right or not here

[editline]31st August 2016[/editline] You don't point guns at people for taking pictures of you.
You might if they're trespassing on your property and invading your personal privacy to do so and refuse to leave. Though you shouldn't, I can understand someone doing it if they're being constantly harassed on their own property.
Update from the LA Times:
After a bizarre, hours-long standoff, L.A. police officers took Chris Brown into custody late Tuesday afternoon and said the singer would be arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Lt. Chris Ramirez, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department, said officers were transporting Brown from his Tarzana home to downtown L.A., where he would be formally booked.
My favorite part of this whole thing was the helicopter pilot being bored as fuck while it all went on below him
Update on the stand-off...its kinda comical.
While cops were waiting outside, Brown tossed a duffel bag — which contained drugs and guns — out a window and shouted, “Come and get me,” TMZ reported. While detectives waited for a judge’s signature, the abusive Brown went off in videos he posted to Instagram citing “Black Lives Matter.” “I ain’t did s–t. I ain’t going to do s–t. And it’s always going to be f–k the police black lives matter, n—er,” he said.
http://lawofficer.com/2016/08/standoff-between-lapd-and-chris-brown-ends-drugs-and-guns-found/ Get yourself in trouble and suddenly its the polices fault! poor poor Chris Brown, a victim of systematic oppression!

A few people were dicks, one of them took it too far, now anyone using that flag is considered literally Hitler.
All this is pretty messed up. Why couldn't he call the police and ask for the person to be removed for harassment? Why people don't sue the paparazzi for harassment is beyond me. Famous people might be looked up to a lot, but they're generally trying to live a normal fucking life. leave them the hell alone. Pretty sure they wouldn't like it if 20 people were always swarming and bothering them.

A few people were dicks, one of them took it too far, now anyone using that flag is considered literally Hitler.
Well it's also the flag that represents that time the United States split in half and killed over a million of it's own people so Southern whites could continue to own black people as livestock. I don't get mad or consider people "literally Hitler" but I have no idea how people take pride in such a symbol. That is to say, I don't think "a few people were dicks, one of them took it too far", I think society gradually realized that it's not really a prideful aspect of our history.
Well it's also the flag that represents that time the United States split in half and killed over a million of it's own people so Southern whites could continue to own black people as livestock.
I think you misinterpret how both the south and north viewed slaves. The war was never about black rights or the morality of abolishing slavery. If it was, it wouldn't have taken the Union and the US government almost 100 years to give blacks rights.

Whether or not the North/Union had altrustic motives is immaterial to the fact that the Confederate Flag really shouldn't be considered anything other than a shameful historical relic.

I've only read one post from Joe which didn't mention guns, his fetish for homemade firearms or his backwards ignorant political views. Then again this forum has seen and known worse... On topic: Why doesn't he just walk out and sort things out with the police? Like instead of acting like a massive dramaqueen, which only makes him look guilty, he could've just turned himself over.
