DONETSK, October 29 (RIA Novosti) – Kiev has withdrawn from the delineation agreement it signed with Donetsk authorities without any explanation, the deputy prime minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) said Wednesday.
"A delineation was agreed between the opposing forces, but Kiev recalled the signature of its representative, Gen. Dumanskiy, from the document without giving any reason," Andrei Purgin told reporters.
The delineation is a key condition laid down in the ceasefire agreement between Kiev and the independence supporters. It should serve as a preparatory stage for the withdrawal of heavy weaponry from both sides that will contribute to stabilizing the relations between them.
In September, the ceasefire agreement in southeastern Ukraine was reached during the meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine. It was agreed that a 30-kilometer (19-mile) buffer zone separating Kiev forces and independence supporters of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics (DPR and LPR) would be created.
Good for them

Oh, we do it soo polite there is hardly any solid evidence.
On a serious note, this is rather concerning since it gives more fuel to rumors that Ukranian military is more then eager to reignite conflict, wich ofcourse going to be passively accepted by EU and US.

- Sir, the vital point of ceasefire agreement has been denied by one side!
- Was it Rebels?
- Uhm, no it was Ukr...
- Go back to condemnation of Russia then, we can't allow them to recognise elections in those Self Proclaimed Republics! People might be in danger!
russia did nothing wrong
I understand why they wish to do this, but it is still fucking stupid. They should of keep the cease fire, and tried to work shit out or at the very least try to find a way to get the rebel zones back into Ukraine.

There's no way to do this. It was impossible to stop the civil war since the very beginning
Lol, using a Russian source.
Come back when you have something that isn't biased.
Kari, you try too hard.
Russia sure likes its buffers.

Explain how a weapons system created in Russia and not exported or sold to the Ukrainian's ended up in Ukraine. Specifically, the 9M133 Kornet launcher, and the T-72B and BM main battle tanks.

So basically, you're liars and hypocrites
Russia can honestly go and fuck them selves right up the arse, that is my opinion.
I wish there to be a swift military victory on the Ukrainian side and Russia right out of the damn country.

This is what Ukraine have to do, get rid of the damn Russian invaders.

We did it in 1956, and would do it again if the Russians would try to control us in any given way.

Thanks for sharing.
I'ma wait a day or 2 to see if this is true.

Unless I'm being retarded, I think it's pretty clear that mdeceiver79 was joking. I mean come on, he used the sentence "What are you ISIS or something?".
On topic, I don't think it's necessarily wrong of the Ukrainian government to continue the civil war. They won't reach an agreement with the rebels that will be acceptable (why would the rebels accept to be part of Ukraine again (maybe with some small privileges) when they hole the entire region and the Ukrainian military hasn't been able to take it), and the fact of the matter is that the rebel area will be integrated into Russia (obviously an unacceptable outcome for Kiev) unless the Ukrainian military can retake it.
I'd much rather they found a peaceful solution, though.
Can somebody find another source for this? I can't, and I have the sneaking suspicion that it's made up. Especially when it's taking the word of the self appointed president of the DPR as absolute truth.

The USSR stopped existing in 1980s. Just so you know.
Only in name. It's run by practically the same people.
The USSR stopped existing in 1980s. Just so you know.
Your point being? Are you assuming he thinks the USSR is still active, or is it just because he's referring to the past?
The USSR stopped existing in 1980s. Just so you know.
He's not talking about the USSR, he's talking about Russia infringing on the sovereign rights of their neighbors.

This post is a bit ironic.
