You can only control yourself
You must follow the story. Which means no fuck ups.

You cannot kill players unless it's fair.
You cannot create players.
You control the story.
You control where things happen. When things happen. What things happen.
You can create NPCs.

You just give the GM ideas. Kay?
If you are neither the GM or the Players. You're the Spectator.
Just because there are no more GM and Player slots doesn't mean that there can't be anymore GMs or Players. It just means we don't really want anymore.
