DOVER, Pa. (AP) -- A central Pennsylvania man faces robbery and assault charges after he allegedly stuffed a bag of frozen shrimp down his pants and attacked a grocery store security guard. Northern York County Regional Police say 37-year-old Brian McDaniel was spotted hiding the shrimp in his pants and struck a security guard who tried to stop him inside a grocery store Thursday in Dover Township. The guard sustained minor injuries. McDaniel was caught in the store's parking lot by the security guard and a bystander. He is being held on $10,000 bail. It was not immediately clear if McDaniel had an attorney.
http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US_CRUSTACEAN_CAPER?SITE=WVEC&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=STRANGEHEADS.html

Shrimp down pants? [img_thumb]http://serio.piiym-net.com/CVBla/txtboard/src/me-gusta.png[/img_thumb]
Yeah this kind of thing isn't uncommon at grocery stores. I worked at a supermarket when I was 16 and some teenage kid tried to stuff a ton of dvds in his pants and walk out of the store. The security guard (about 4 times his size) caught him and slammed him up against a trash can and held him on the ground, where he cried until the police arrived and arrested him. Also there was another attempt where a customer tried to stuff a live lobster down his pants and leave the store (but was unsuccessful and was arrested)
Haha, he ruined his life for a bag of fucking shrimps. What a twat.
I fail to see how his life is ruined? I once put a live crayfish down my pants and my life is tip top.
He has a criminal record now, that affects alot of things.
The record won't be as severe as it will be for future employers finding out how dumb the crime was. I mean seriously, grand theft at least takes skill, as opposed to stuffing shimp down your pants and still getting caught.
