• How to augment your body

This might have been posted before, if so, sorry, please lock it. It's a girl talking about augmenting her body without being rich. She has augmented her body using implants, and she isn't rich, she's trying to teach people how to "bio-hack" themselves and augment themselves without being rich or a scientist. It's really interesting and I recommend checking it out if your interested in this sort of thing. I must warn you though, if you decide to do this, please be careful, it can be extremely dangerous. Cyber Lesbians from outerspaaaaace!
Too long, too awkward. Somebody give me a rundown of what she's actually done to herself? Can she turn invisible? If not I don't care.
That was pretty interesting to watch. Especially when she said she can feel a magnetic field, and feeling it getting weaker and stuff.
An extremely apt OP username.
An extremely apt OP username.
Thanks.
This is actually quite creepy. Modifying the human body, it's like from a sci-fi movie. :ohdear: Even the chick is like from a movie, give her glasses and a trenchcoat= instant badass
That's sexy.
My vision is now augmented.
damn she has some balls to cut herself open and put little sensors inside herself.
damn she has some balls to cut herself open and put little sensors inside herself.
I sincerely hope she doesn't have balls...
Too long, too awkward. Somebody give me a rundown of what she's actually done to herself? Can she turn invisible? wow that's awesome. I really want neodymium implants now, after she said she can feel EM radiation as a sort of tangible thing (in 3 dimensions etc.)! i'm wondering what other external senses could be added... got EM Radiation and compass bearing, both are pretty awesome, but I wonder what else... it'd be neat to have a "homing sense", where as you get closer to something, you have a tingly sensation which gets stronger as you get closer... imagine doing that with modifiable GPS coordinates...
I'm too much of a wuss to actually change anything in my body.
Being able to 'feel' EM radiation does seem pretty awesome
The crowd was harsh.
I can't load the videos for some reason, youtube is being a dick right now.
It's proven bullshit that wearing magnets do absolutely nothing and ramming them into your body do the same. Stupid girl
What happens if she goes in a MRI :v:

A more practical use of implants:
Holy shit that guy is a wizard!
I've heard about the Northpaw before and as soon as she said compass I pretty much knew what she was gonna do. It's still fucking awesome though and I would kill for some of those Neodymium implants, feeling magnetic fields would be amazing.
did anyone else pop a boner while watching this
A more practical use of implants:
She actually did that in the video, cept it was for her computer not her car, and then she pointed out no one else should bother because of how insecure it was.
Okay what the fuck. This person as she clearly pointed out isn't shit in the fields of medicine or technology, yet she's telling people how to cut themselves open and stick random electrical things in themselves. Yeah, totally safe.
Did anyone else notice the length of the first video is 13:37?
Any implants in the body give me a weird feeling, even pace makers make me shiver
Read about her in the news a couple of months back, the thing she's doing is pretty rad.
