Only I have no idea how somehting like that is called and I want to do some research first, any intelligent people here who know how this material/style is called ?

It's a pretty simple process, you just need to pick a specific type of string/ribbon to hold down the material in the cross hatches.
It's called tufting. It's an upholstery term.
