Some graffiti is quite artisitc.
The graffiti I hate is the one that is sprayed with a single colour in like 5 seconds, usually over some one elses work.

These drains are out of the way and i don't see how it would upset anyone. It's a long wall that most people who drive past, dont even notice because it's BELOW street level. At the end of the video, i show a legal mural that a repair shop commissioned. But that's not the issue.
Whether you like graffiti or not, the fact is that it's there (in this case; in a drain out of view). It's part of the melbourne culture and without it, you wouldn't have quality legal pieces.
If you've ever been to melbourne, you'd know that "street art" is everywhere. In fact i'll just quote a government website:

I enjoy seeing people's street artwork, and i will continue to photograph it. Maybe in 50 years time, people will want to watch videos such as these, just to see what was not officially documented - out of the way and not 'mainstream'.

Graffiti is extremely popular in Australia, but you get the try hard 13 year old kids who just tag over a good graffiti and ruin it.
