The glove looks deformed. Thin in the centre of the middle and index finger. The web between the index and thumb also looks wrong. The wrist looks too thin for the hand. It almost looks like it is someone else's hand.
Also, is that a boob I see. Posting the reference might allow me to help you further.

That is the weirdest glove I've ever seen. It looks more like a jelly zombie hand that has had all the air and water sucked out of it.

I think I'll be redoing the glove as a different kind completely now, I tried making it look as much as i could as a stretched leather glove. But alas my reference had failed me. I'll update later with a different glove drawing, any other critiques on the rest of the painting?

well, it's kinda plain, but I like the warm/cold color contrasts. But I think it looks kinda weird that the face is in so much focus while I have to squint to make out the body (not that I'm requesting more boobies, but I'm mainly talking about the neck here)
But seriously that glove is super distracting and I don't like the color of it, have you tried to color with any colder colors? that might work.
But it's good work. keep it up.
My friends never let me draw their boobs, but then again I'm not an artist. All I can do is write mediocre short stories. Maybe they'll let me describe their boobs in great detail in a textual format?
Maybe a haiku?
I'm pretty good at haikus.

Alright, the glove was meant to be a secondary focal, so if it's too distracting I'll definitely do something about it. I'll update when done. Also I tried pushing the face forward by fading out everything behind the head, guess it was a bit much, I'll bring the background out a bit more.
And yeah I have used other colors for the glove, none of them make sense for leather other than brown, and one could guess what that ended up looking like. :v:

Look up in the right corner. There is a big round boob there. Look under it, there is a lot of blurred out skin. You have now visualised the reference quite clearly.
May I ask what program you were using?Was it Painter?

Also It may just be perspective, but it looks like instead of receding into the top right, the shoulder on the right seems to be disproportionate to where the neck ends. Maybe bring it down closer an inch or so to the right perhaps?
Then again I could be wrong.
Not saying anything about the glove, but I think you captured her face well.
