Maybe I'm wrong about this, but in general parlance, and especially on political TV, the terms urban, inner city, etc. are 100% synonymous with black people living in the city.

"Urban" doesn't just mean "black" it's poor and black together. Those who are stuck in the inner city are stuck in a perpetual state of poverty. It's it's own culture, it's not "black culture".
Watching it now several times it looked like he tried to pull her straight up, which lifted the desk for abit and because her legs pushed the floor in restraint, when it relanded it just flipped back. Didn't help the Officer's hands were also positioned how they were, but it didn't look like his intention was to flip. His first pull was clearly just upwards.

Have you ever tried moving/restraining someone who's really, genuinely fighting you back? You should try it, then you'd realize that unless you're [b]tremendously[/b] stronger than them anything less than maximum effort will just have you awkwardly tugging on them. Then add the fact she's sitting in a desk and there's not really a way to pull her out cleanly. It was brutal but anyone trying to do what the cop did would do the exact same thing.

Pretty sure there are scrawny black teenagers and butch white teenagers. White teenagers make up the majority of school shootings because they make up the majority of the American population in general. They don't even make up the majority of school shooters anyway, half of them were asian. Plus, there's also the issue that when a school gets shot up in an inner city 'black'/'urban' neighborhood, it doesn't get reported on the news because it happens so often. Technically there are more black school shooters than white school shooters, we just don't report on them because it isn't newsworthy.
