I don't get why this is a big thing, she wrote down stuff to remember. Professional speakers do this all the time, human beings aren't perfect at recalling everything.

Of course she's going to defend it, and for two reasons She's a Republican, she's going to defend most if not all things Republicans do, and two, she's one of the upper class citizens that benefits from the tax cuts
