It seems doing this increases your memory of your dreams, I've tried it, and it's actually pretty great, you remember like, everything about your dream. Has anyone else tried this, and if so what was it like? (posted this in GD because i want a discussion) I'd also like to know why this happens, if anyone knows
Sounds kinda dumb. But hell it is worth a try.
Last night I dreamed I was in my gym class disguised as a black man. <- no lie. I've recorded all my dreams for the past year, at least I record the ones I'm able to remember.
the first time i tried it, i literally had 3 dreams, 3 totally different dreams. i don't even know :/
Because when you sleep, you usually enter the dreaming stage multiple times. You usually only remember one or you might even have had a dream kind of continue on from the last.
