I bought a pre-paid debit card at Wal-mart, registered it and everything. Pay pal accepted it, but my balance still says $0.00 USD. If my paypal account gets overdrawn (if possible >.>) will it take funds from my Debit card?
You just can't let it go over otherwise they'll send you a bill.
It is not possible to put a prepaid debit card or a paypal account solely linked to one in debt
If it was, people would shop till they drop and screw the paypal account
But verifying takes around half a week. Wait some more until you are sure your card is linked to your paypal account (on your card info you should have $2 deducted and $1 paid back after verification, paypal takes $1 for no reason)
