when i put spatula under pancake the top starts to get all over :(
That looks like scrambled eggs
they also look very undercooked.
I've not flipped a pancake in years,
But it's basically simple. Just make sure the pancake is already solid enough to maintain it's shape.
Keep the ban lined with butter/oil to assure it can slide around easy.
Use the spatchula to make sure the solid pancake isn't stuck to the base.
Spin the pancake around the edges to assure it has free reign.
Flip the pancake :)
Although seriously, I was about 12 last time I did this and I'm approaching the wrong side of 20's.
Extremely undercooked. I usually flip them once the edges start rising from the skillet.
Yeah, it's pretty obvious when one side is cooked well and then you... well, flip it, nothing else to say
Make sure the edges are looking cooked, it starts to become pretty solid, and usually there's bubbles in the batter coming up in the middle and stuff. Those are the two things I usually use to figure out if it's cooked or not. Basically, if you don't wait until it's cooked all the way, and try to flip it you get the mess you got in the OP.
ok, when you put the mix in the buttered/oiled pan, wait until when the bubbles from the batter pops that they retain their shape slightly, thats when you flip.
but then it gets all brown and burnt
Then you have the heat too high

It's supposed to be a little brown
You did actually use oil, didn't you?
Make sure it's cooked
Put spatula under pancake
Lift pancake
Flip pancake
?????
PROFITT!!!
After each pancake you make, re-oil the pan too
Cook on medium, or medium high at the HIGHEST
My mom is good at pancake flipping.
