I'm no genre warrior, but I really fucking hate it when people get post-hardcore and hardcore punk confused. The "hardcore punk" shit at the start just sounds like some variant of core.
not to mention that neither of them are actually metal genres. Though, that being said, he totally fucking nailed Black Metal and I love it.

Post-hardcore is definitely my favourite (outside of the video), although I think the lyrics were more punk than post-hardcore. This is post-hardcore to me:

I've only really heard of anything referred to as "Slam Death Metal" which is a pretty tiny subgenre of Death Metal more focused on grooves and low-tuned breakdown style riffs. I think that's what he means, especially since he seems like a core-kid and Deathcore kids tend to graduate to Slam or act like they're better somehow when they make the switch musically.

aliencore doesn't actually exist, it's something a technical deathcore band dubbed their music as a joke.
