Guess how your processed frozen foods are typically frozen. Flash Freezing is the use of liquid nitrogen to immediately freeze foods, this keeps them fresh longest, as well as ensuring no crystal structures form inside the food making them mushy and gross when you unfreeze them.
This isn't Liveleak or a gore site, you know.
