A man who appeared on a Turkish television dating show shocked the audience by revealing he had murdered his former wife and a former lover.
He explained that he had murdered his first wife - also his cousin - out of jealousy.
He said he then killed his subsequent lover accidentally, "when I swung an axe".
In an interview after the show, the man vowed not to kill his next partner.

Although this is pretty funny when taken out of context, the man has sentenced his 14 years that he got for the murder, but do you just forget your past like that?
Well, it's best that people know early on.
3rd times a charm
sounds like a keeper
"I won't kill you" is a pretty good deal if you ask me.
He says, killing of his lover was an AX-ident
What the shit.
I'll be honest, from that side of the world, it doesn't really surprise me to see something like this.
If he says he wont, he probably wont.

What is that even supposed to mean dude? Do you mean you're not surprised that someone in Turkey murdered their partners or you're not surprised that he ended up on TV?
I hate to jump down your throat but I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that you don't really know much at all about Turkey? My bad if it wasn't a serious comment but it could be construed as pretty insulting to an entire culture.
I can't help but be reminded of that one time The Dating Game had a secretly then-currently-active serial killer as a contestant, and that when you go back and listen to his answers with that information it's so goddamn obvious
Whoever agrees to date the guy next is fucking ballsy.

Do you even know where Turkey is?

Yeah, that 'side of the world' where part of the country is in Europe bordering the EU:

The link even says Europe. Don't even need to post a map.

Gross, they got their kebab juice all over Bulgaria.
Lol I started a shit-fest.
[sp]Yes, it wasn't a serious comment.[/sp]
I'd be more impressed if he was a mantis. And a lady. In that case, this'd be a really good deal.

i remember reading that the lady he was trying to date asked him what his favorite time of day was, and he said "Night... cos that's the only time there is."
and then she refused to date him because he was obviously a murderous psychopath
