I always thinking about this kind of videos - did they put a camera there by them self and they know that it's recording all the time? So it's more like fake acting?
He was 100% acting. He's just a bit too good at it seeing as he got bullied out of many schools and had to move quite often after being harrassed by people thinking he's actually for real.
