It's interesting actually hearing some policies. They seem to be an odd combination of conservative social values (religious, family values, etc.) and liberal economic/welfare values (nationalized industries, more bank and business regulation). That's interesting because I've always noted that people tended to be the exact opposite, favoring liberal social policy and conservative economic policy.
