I really hope this isn't an april fools joke, otherwise Nostalgia Critic is going to far here.
Hope this movement has an impact.

Won't have any impact on Youtube, direct at least, because YT's takedown forms play by their own internal rules, they're not officially DMCA.
As someone whos had their videos flagged for false claims (my own animated shorts no less) I can totally get behind this.
It having an impact or not it costs nothing to try it
