Minor Characters Appreciation Thread: Because We love seeing a Henchman Playing with his Gun

So some days ago I took the opportunity to watch for the first time the terrible but glorious film "Samurai Cop". So bad is Good indeed [for me anyway].
I liked many terrible things which went so beautiful wrong, but we really need to pay an extra attention to the minor characters. Because They are just simple pure join watching them.
Not many movies take the opportunity to inject even a little amount of "something" to not important characters, characters meant to be only for few minutes or even for seconds. Many film which so countless "neutral" Goons/bad guys ready to die without give something from their real self to the world....
But when this happens, then we see for example henchmen do their own unique things like dressing really cool or bad, have unique quirks or speak really strange which add new "life" in a film.
So many Unique Minor Characters I remember from Samurai Cop:
The Henchman who while waiting he had the pleasure smooth-touching his revolver like a d*ck.
The Henchman who had the best slow, "make no difference" death I ever seen in my life. Like a Terminator, but without the Terminator.
The Henchman who give a nice compliment about black guys d*ck when he was threatening to cut it.
The Henchman who jump from a bush trying to find someone to shoot, but failed miserable.
The Henchman who had a robot voice.
Oh, there are SO MANY!!!
I really want people to love more this kind of characters not only to these kind of films, but to normal films as well. There are of course film which have characters like that, but there are not many.
Plus I hope the same not only for films, but for videogames, comics, books, etc as well.
I pray only for more in the future.
There was a the guy in the original Die Hard whom I dubbed Genghis Kahn, the one terrorist they took a little extra time on to show his evilness by having him steal and eat a candy bar from an empty store (in addition the the kidnapping, murder etc.)
I'll never forget the henchman in Metal Gear Rising who starts petting a stray cat while the villain starts monologuing at a weakened Raiden.
I like this henchman from the first season of Miami Vice. He reminds me of my brother.

You're all forgetting the hero we don't deserve.
