Trump May Vacation for 18 Days in August, Demands Congress Stay in Washington to Work
President Donald Trump may be planning to take a two-and-a-half week vacation in August after demanding that Congress stay in Washington to continue working.
Federal Aviation Administration records suggest Trump is planning to go to his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf course from August 3 to 20. The FAA announced temporary flight restrictions in the Bedminster area during that period.
Meanwhile, Trump told Republican senators during a meeting Wednesday that they should cancel their August recess and stay in Washington until they repeal Obamacare.
The fuck does he need a vacation for? He hasn't done shit as president to even begin to deserve a vacation

All that pressure to do his job must be taxing on him. Give him a break!
Are we sure he's not going to flee?
Doing nothing sure is exhausting!
Being held accountable for all your fuck ups sure is a burden.

There were reports his Saudi Arabia trip fatigued him more than expected, he talked about how he preferred his old life and that he didn't know how hard his new job would be and how the Russia investigation is putting a lot of pressure on him, and during G20 he sent his daughter in his place because he was exhausted.
Looks like he's not quite as high-energy as his slogans would suggest.

He escapes to Argentina with the US Gold Reserve, where he dons a Hitler moustache as a disguise. No one will suspect it
Does it really count as a holiday if he's just doing the same thing he's been doing for most of his presidency?
He's tired from holding his pen at the ready in office probably.
"LOW ENERGY...SAD!"

Trust me, hasn't been held accountable JUST yet
He's tired from holding his pen at the ready in office probably.
tbh we need a clickhole video of man holding pen for hours not knowing what to write as he contemplates jumping of the window onto his bosses car
Fuck, I can't find it but a few days ago I read a news article about the repeal effort bumping up against summer recess and Congress cutting into their break to try and hash things out, and it included a quote from Trump stating that he would stay in Washington all summer until the Senate gave him something to sign.
Guess not! :v:
A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Yesterday, I met with Republican Senators at the White House and told them that now is the time for action. Obamacare was a big lie. “You can keep your doctor”—lie. “You can keep your plan”—lie. Now, people are hurting, and inaction is not an option. We must repeal and replace this disaster. The Senate should not leave for summer recess until it has passed a plan to give our people great healthcare. I’m ready to act; I have pen in hand. I’ll sign the legislation into law, and then we can celebrate for the American people.

"I'm here impatiently waiting to sign, but for real I've got lots of golfing to catch up on if I want to be picked for Putin's team in next year's G20 charity tournament. Work, you middle management peons, or I'll replace you by endorsing your competitor in 2018."

"'I'm gonna stay here with my pen ready to sign this legislation,' lie! Sad!"
One of the worst things about this and his golfing habits are people like my dad who insist he's paying for it out of his own pocket.
It's a tired quip at this point, but it really does boggle my mind that this is the same man who constantly disparaged his opponent with saying that she "didn't have the stamina" to be President.
didnt trump, when he first entered office, brag how hes not going to take a single vacation because he just wanted to work work work?

ftfy
What excuse would he give now?
It's so weird, trump has constantly criticized Obama for playing golf but he himself has spent a lot of time playing golf and he's only been in office for half a year?

The cognitive dissonance is strong in Trump
he should make 18 days of vacation available to all the citizens

As long as it's paid I'm game.
He should take a permanent vacation and never come back tbh.

Is there any laws that limit how long a president can be on "vacation"? Because it would be funny if he got impeached for not showing up to work.
Yeah, sure, we don't need our leader to be there for a whopping 5% of the year because he needed a vacation. Not that him being there would actually make anything better to begin with considering what a shit show Trump's entire administration has been. Maybe he should take a permanent vacation to the nearest maximum security prison instead. That's a vacation a lot of us can really get behind.
Are we sure he's not going to flee?
We can only hope.

He takes off until December 31st for 'vacation time' and then promptly goes on another vacation from January 1st to December 31st next year. Watch as he repeats that for two more years.

I mean, do we really need a president? or a government?
Lets just... keep things as they are... you can't make shit worse if you don't make ANY decisions after all :v:
[sp]I'm joking[/sp]

Unlike Obama, Trump has accomplished more than any president in history. So he deserves a break or 23.
