I've ran into this situation before since I don't carry cash. Luckily there was an ATM nearby.

I understand why places don't take card cause of fees but it'd literally 2013 get with the times.

I only shop and eat at places that take card.

Oh man did i wish more lunch carts and food trucks take cards. Where i live there are food trucks everywhere with insanely good and somewhat cheap food but like maybe 2 out 14 take cards and i hate taking money out for just a 5 dollar lunch.

this is why cash is king, I always carry at least 20$ on me because you never know where you'll be and need cash...that or when its late at night and I need a pizza I dont have to use the ATM in my building which charges me an arm
