The man charged with taking off a Colorado shopper's finger while stealing his iPad is in trouble again: He's charged with trying to have his victim killed. Apple lovers are a passionate bunch, just usually in a more productive sense. Brandon Darnell Smith, 21, allegedly sent a letter from jail ordering the hit, according to the Denver Post. Intercepted by Denver cops, it read, "YOU GET THIS DONE! AND I GO ON ANYTHING I'll rob a bank if you want me too... If you do this, case is dropped." The man he allegedly wanted dead, Bill Jordan, had his finger stripped to the bone in a tug of war with Smith and another robber trying to take Jordan's Apple shopping bag, according to the charges against Smith.
