I'm pretty damn serious. Nava shield is possibly the worst rogue ever. Heres what someone said:
This makes deleting your system seem like Candyland. This rogue makes Security Tool look like a piece of* cake. This makes Conficker, CIH, and any other virus look easy. This rogue makes every rootkit, every virus, every single rogue, it makes them look like joke programs. If this ever happened to my laptop, and I couldn't stop it? Fist+Monitor. Laugh at that, NavaShield. In short? If I ever got this rogue? I'd shit my pants.
Heh. Please note that this video could make you laugh your ass off.
Still not as bad as norton
Still not as bad as norton
Too bad nortons not a rogue. Or i would agree with you.
So...as long as we delete it within a few years were fine....
Make it stop :suicide:
Oh lord...
its back! And it's packing heat!

His voice is annoying as fuck.
Oh sweet, a program that finds me porn? Downloading now!
Good god

McAfee is the best
Oh sweet, a program that finds me porn? Downloading now!
Can you stand the laughing though?
I'm stupid, but what's a rogue? Like Antivirus 2010 etc?
Would it really take 7 years to make it do that, or just a few date changes?
So how does one get a rogue? I ask because I never want one, ever.
Damn I switched from Norton to Avast and havent been happier.
Jesus, the moment the second laughter came up, I got a little scared and wanted to close my browser.
So how does one get a rogue? I ask because I never want one, ever.
You know those popups that say "YOU MAY BE INFECTED: CLICK HERE FOR A FREE SCAN!" And then when you close that out a fake control panel window comes up telling you there are 1000 viruses on your computer? Click anywhere in that second window except the "x" in the upper left corner and it will start downloading the rogue. you can find more info on them here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogue_security_software
Thanks lockdown6, I just wasn't sure if rouges were, what you said, or if they were something that installed themselves on a computer without the knowledge or consent of the user (even though the guy in the video manually installed it)

Its easy to catch them just by surfing infected websites. I got one from surfing total war center.
I got antivirus action last week. Motherfucker was a bitch to get rid of.
I got a fairly bad one. Pretend its 2009 Cause i got this rogue at 2009. Had to upgrade to windows vista.
Seeing as I first didn't know what a rogue was, I thought this was a real Anti-Virus.
God damn that rogue is relentless.
I had a rogue like this, can't remember the name. Wasn't nearly as awesome as Navashield, only blocked programs and talked about fake infections.

I had a rouge once it used to pop up ACII porn images, windows with a text "your system has been hacked", then after closing the pop up windows it opens a dozen webpages with porn, but it was killable with task manager but then it was poping back again, luckily I ran Avast at that time and saved my pc.
