one week ago I started taking 375 mg of Tramadol, well, I liked the effects.
But I don't know what's the better dosage and if it could be dangerous with weed, DXM or alcool.
Any advices ?
It's very dangerous with DXM as they're both SSRIs. Alcohol is stupid to take with Tramadol as it just ruins some of the effects. Also, they both cause respiratory depression.
don't do what i did and mix them with benzos. 20mg of k-pins and fuck knows how much tramadol and the only 2 memories i have in those 2 days is me throwing up on two different occasions

Oh yeah, weed is brilliant with tram. When I took tram it was a lovely combination. The reason I hate tram is because of the god fucking awful constipation.
Dont take it with DXM,
Small amounts of acohol and tram will be cool though, just dont exceed 400mg and dont drink too much.
I did 450mg about a year ago and it was a bitter sweet type of thing. I loved the feeling it gave you and the warm that enveloped my body, great night for sure. But the next day I felt like absolute shit. I couldn't concentrate and was having nervous tremors. My advice is don't take over 400 or be at risk of having some serious opiate like withdrawl. I'm a pretty lightweight person so take that into account. Also passed out in class a few times and don't really remember that day to well.

I had it LOL.
But I don't have the respiratory depression, but I took some on Friday (375mg) at 16 Oclock, and on Saturday and Sunday I feel like something blocked inside my neck, I don't think so it's Tramadol... But maybe?
It wouldn't be tram. It doesn't last that long.

Ow, I don't know... Well I can't explain this :S.
150mg - 250mg is a nice dose for someone with light build :) Mixing with weed is wonderful. The tramadol high lasts very long, 8-12 hours for me.

I've got 2g of cannabis today, I'll make some pictures of me taking Tramadol (300mg) + Cannabis with some friends :D.
