RE never had all that much horror other than "oh shit there's a zombie here and I have no ammo left".

Three, Leon in america with what i believe are the cast from RE4. Chris redfield in china, Possibly with the marines from RE5. And a new guy with someone who may be new or may be the presidents daughter from RE4.

Perhaps, but there was a charm the other games had in environment and the ambient feel that the new ones lack. Resident Evil 4 was a fair balance between action and some sort of horror, but the new games just go pure action. Needless to say, I'm sure it'll be fun, but there was a unique charm with running around a mansion devoid of life, or being pursued by a somewhat invulnerable entity throughout the game. I hate appearing like a purist, but horror is one of the things that made Resident Evil.. Well.. Resident Evil. "Evolution" of video games I suppose.

That looked fucking awesome, Ive never played a Resident Evil game, only watched the movies and shit. I also thought the story was neat, monsters and stuff(not the horror aspect, there is none) this looks pretty nice, I might buy it.
I'm not necessarily a Resident Evil fan but I might check this one out

That chick in the arctic is definitely Ashley. But at least it looks like she can hold her own this time, because you see her with a gun in the cut scenes and helping out the main character.
