Hi,
I really need help here, I desperatly need a blank Flash slideshow file with the resolution 1900x1200 20fps
I would create it myself but i get runtime errors on both my PC's when I change the resolution. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out and send me a blank FLA slideshow with that resolution to nicknack1234@hotmail.com.au ? It would be greatfully appreciated.
I wouldn't post your email out in public like that. One minute you're fine, the next, you're flooded with 50 subscriptions to gay horse porn.
First, its a hotmail email, i can make many as i have before, I have other emails that i dont make public but thanks for the advice.
Yea at first thats what I suspected but mine crashes no matter what i change it to even a increase by 1 pixel :(
Mine too :argh:
Pff, just make a 800x600 document , zoom in , put whatever you want to put there , it's damn vector based meaning
that you can resize the player without loosing any quality
Why the hell do you resize the document
uhhh pictures aren't vector
I know, but they can be resized, go create a 200x200 document, and add a 3000x3000 image then resize it to 200x200 so it fits exactly the document's size then compile. Once the player appears ,resize the player , you'll see that the image resizes exactly without any quality loss, ( don't forget to click on show all in the menu if it doesn't resize )
Yea I see that works but its damn cramped to work on. Its weird everyone has the same problem, Wonder if there is a fix some where becasuse its really bugging me, upgrade to CS4 and it doesnt work :(

Anyone still use CS3 can you help me out?
I made a little animation to test that resolution and mine runs fine. I don't understand what you want though.

Oh I get it. I can send you a blank document with a 1900x1200 res, or even 2880x2880 (flash's max) if you want.
Here's the 1900x1200

Cramped ? you can zoom in in the editor
Heres what you do , you make a 950x600 document which is half the size, then set the zoom to 200% and there you go!
Same here rusty, I can make one too, don't know why they're experiencing problems , could be hardware's fault =/
Thanks alot for that Rusty works brilliantly.

Wait a sec, is this just a flash file or flash slideshow? looks like a normal flash file. Damn foiled again thanks for going to the effort of trying though.
I don't know what you mean by a flash slideshow but I can make you one if you tell me what it is.
Sure in flash goto file new Flash slide presentation and see if you can get the resolution working, I tried what Xerios said but the menus dont resize when you resize the player, I dont think it works that way using a slide show.
Oh I see what you mean. It doesn't seem to be because of the large size, there just seems to be a bug within changing the resolutions of a flash slideshow. I tried making it smaller than the default and it still crashed. I'll see if I can fix it but you might want to contact adobe support and make them aware of the problem.
Damn was affraid of that, I guess I will contact them and see what they say, Thanks for trying everyone I will get back to you if I get a solution.
