Al right, so I got inspired by a few videos to start my planche push-up training.
My progress (wearing pyjamas most of the time):

Made myself a two push-bars and this is my new exercise to train every muscle in my upper-body:

nice job brah could definitely see some improvement, I don't see how that exercise trains everything in your upper body though, I think it's mostly core tbh but other than that gj on the prgoress

Dunno, you can clearly see that every muscle is working in my upper body.
lol how can you clearly see
0:26-0:27 you can see my abdominus, chest, triceps and when I turn back you can't really see it, but then my biceps are being worked out, my shoulders, chest and a few muscles on my back.

I can flex all of those muscles right now but that won`t mean I'm working them out lol

True, true... but I can really feel them burn
These exercises do work out the whole body, the awesome part of calisthenic training is that it also works out the isometric muscles meaning that balancing and holding your muscles in place wears them out as well. Shape wise it takes a lot of effort to become big purely with calisthenic training but you'll be beast-like strong.

I so see myself there for I do very similiar exercises. I take it as you succeed in handstand and handstand push ups with or without support as well?

Thanks man.
Haven't really progressed much on the planche, gonna start working intensive again!
You got alot better by the 3rd video, great progress
Holy shit, how do you go about starting this?
Holy shit, how do you go about starting this?
.39-.44 sec of the first video, do that and try to do little push ups, as strength builds start kicking out ur legs and learn the balance points etc.
You just gotta go for it
Holy shit, how do you go about starting this?
Start with push-ups, try to build your way to 20 reps. Don't do more if you're fully focusing on strength. After you can do 20 push-ups, lean forward and build your way again to 20. Repeat this process until you can't go further because of balance. From there on you can go on to press to handstand, or tuck planches or L-sits. It's easy and fun!
