[b]Russian Circles[/b] is a three piece post-rock band from Chicago. All their songs are instrumental and can range from discorded heavy metal to much softer and melodic tones. They've released three albums.

Found these guys via Last.FM music reccomendations. Really good stuff. I only just bought Geneva and Station and have been listening to Enter by Zune Pass.

Russian Circles is one of my favourite bands. If you like postmetal/rock then you MUST check them out. They go right along with Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Isis, Pelican, God is an Astronaut,The Evpetoria Report.

Geneva is an awesome album. Been listening to it a lot since I got it.
