So I found a very small, round, white pill lying on my nightstand with what looks like the letters "PA" printed on one side and the number "308" on the other. My sister probably accidentally left it here, since she's been taking a bunch of pills lately, but I'm not sure what exactly it is. Could someone help me identify it? Thanks.

it's a good mental image and also a hyperbole to further illustrate and overstate the image to make my idea clear.
it wasn't packed to the seam and i wasn't munching them as much as i said but i was still popping a few here and there pretty much all day all the time.
and by the way drop them means i ate them, not that i dropped pills out on the floor.
