I honestly thought the movie was just stupid. So many little dumb plot devices not explained and overall the story felt rushed. I went in knowing it be a action movie first and being a sensible Star Trek movie second, but it was still pretty bad. The only good thing is that it was visually appealing. The idea of a Khan being strapped to wall and having his blood continually siphoned is a entertaining idea tho.
Yeah, the "My name is Khan!" scene was stupid. I'm no trekkie but that scene was such a blatant reference. If anything he should have said his whole name and without the "dun dun dunnn" sound in his voice.
EDIT: Doh.
Should have ended with [sp]Kirk dying[/sp]. It was such a cop-out when they revived him with magic super-blood.
Pretty good Nimoy impression
Honestly Dues Ex Machina plot devices are nothing new to Star Trek, it doesn't really bother me much.
