[B]About[/B]

Who we know as Wolfgang Gartner was a man named Joey Youngman. A reputable DJ who usually operated under the Deep House genre. In 2007, Joey Youngman invented Wolfgang Gartner anonymously as a seperate alias, as a method for releasing electro house music without being criticised for his change in style. Later, in 2008, the identity behind the previously enigmatic Wolfgang Gartner was revealed. Since then, Wolfgang Gartner/Joey Youngman has gone on to perform at prestigious dance festivals as well as independely touring the world. More recently, he has been nominated for four International Dance Music Awards, including Best Electro/Tech House Track, Best Progressive Track, Best Breakthrough DJ and Best Breakthrough Artist.

Wolfgang Gartner has released many singles, debuting with some of his 'Shapes' EP in 2007 before his identity was disclosed. He has also released many remixes and been featured in multiple singles, perhaps the most well known being 'Animal Rights' featuring Deadmau5.
