This was the worst promotion in TF2 history, and I hope they never do anything like it again.
It provided an unfair gameplay advantage (at least for these last four/five weeks.)
I'm one hundred percent okay with cosmetic promotions (all though S&M promotion was borderline-bad due to weapon skins) as those are just neat rewards for supporting a game and to show off that you bought the game.
So this means they can be crafted... Right?

Agreed. I don't mind promo items when they're just reskins of the default weapons (Iron Curtain, Lugermorph, etc) or whatever, but when they're different when compared to the other items, it's pretty lame.
