I don't understand what they mean by "reverse Kirby", since as we all know, american Kirby is hardcore, and the same happened with Spyro.
I spent so much time playing Spyro 2 when I was younger it's not even funny.
Also it seems really weird that it was only called 'Gateway to glimmer' in the UK, when I first discovered that it freaked me out.

Western kirby is tough, japanese kirby is cute.
I found my old Spyro the Dragon CD and it was all scratched and couldn't be run.
I remember playing the game so much that the console overheated and eventually stopped working (all this because I didn't possess a proper memory card)
I remember reading that "Shemp" was a developer in-joke, and it was what the game's designers would call something that went wrong for no apparant reason, or something along the lines of that.
I can't find the forum or the post it was on, so I fear it's lost, but a developer did explain it.
Year of the Dragon was the best IMO. Spyro needs a rerelease.

Too bad Activision bought the rights to Spyro and ruined him forever. We will never see a Spyro HD Collection.
I still have my Spyro 2 and play it all the time. Relic of my childhood.
I probably have more hours on it than every game on steam combined
I'd love to see Croc - DYKG. That game was pretty rad.
I feel bad for not having a PS1 and even worse not having a PS2. I really wasn't that much of a console guy back then.

The only thing I had was Xbox and N64.
I love how they skip anything that isn't the PS1 spyro games. No, really, they're the only worth mentioning.
Oh god, I miss playing Spyro 3. Never did get a change to play the first two though.
I was obsessed with this game as a child
Played Spyro 3 to 100%, probably one of the few games I actually fully completed to this date. Man it was amazing. Played Spyro 2 a metric fuckton too, but for some reason I never did much in Spyro 1 after beating it once.
So many good memories with the first three Spyro.

From the little I played and can recall the PS2 games weren't all that bad.
Every time I think of playing the old spyros, It makes me feel all giddy inside.
Those games mean so much to me.
God, this game was my fucking childhood. I almost beat Spyro 3 100% but then my little brother delelted my save.
I will never forgive you for that, Donny.

That one they had on the Xbox was okay. Everything else afterwards was shit.
oh man nostalgia bomb
I still remember Spyro 2's Flat cheat code.
I feel sick with nostalgia right now.
Spyro 2 as a kid at the boss in the dinosaur area with a circle and lava kept getting killed and raged many time's. Also I had that and the simpson's wrestling game I would come downstair's every night to play the other and I would get caught or not. I was 4 or 5 at the time...
I would have never thought that Wayne Brady was associated with the spyro games.
Spyro 2 is the first game I ever 100%'d
No regrets, shit's cash as fuck.
(Also now I can't unhear the fucking amanda show trivia HNGG)
holy shit I knew that amanda show credit song sounded familiar

Of all the videos you could pick, you pick the one done by the Game Theory dude.
I'll never forgive him for just giving away Bioshock Infinite's ending in the intro in one of his videos.
Insomniac is good at making games
Even Fuse is alright from a gameplay standpoint, it's just really generic.
