Here's how to break out from the friend zone: you make her jealous.
It's simple, you start meeting other girls and start being with them, she'll eventually think that she'll lose you "as a friend" and then she'll be more interested in you too.

I was Friend zoned in a most evil way, I dated a girl about three times(she rejected to come inside my house or invite me in all the time), and you know, the guys has to pay the bills. So I spend like $200 dollars on dates and then she comes with the "Sorry but I just think we should be friends" at the end of the third.
One of my childhood friends, he told me he had overheard her talking about how she had leeched me from money to her friends. I then asked a girl in my class to walk up to me at the next party we would all be at and pretend to be my girlfriend.
So at the party, while I was talking to the bastard girl, my "girlfriend" just popped up behind me you know, we did what a couple does, the face she sent me was priceless and suddenly she couldn't stop being all like "What does he see in her?"... A.ka jealousy.
So if you want to exit the friend zone, either do as I did, or just start being interested in other girls right in front of her.
