There's always two types of mutually exclusive reactions when something goes wrong.
The one where something really minor happens and someone overreacts, releasing a blood curdling scream and
the one where something potentially fatal or paralyzing happens and the friend is going "Hahahahahaha! Dude, you okay? Dude..?"

Some of these "fails" are funny, but some of the things that happen to people are just too undeserved, painful or tragic for me to get a laugh out of it. But when people do stupid shit intentionally its hysterical, because I know it was their fault.
