Sounds... interesting. Normally I don't agree with these business practices, but I've really wanted to play The Last Stand but couldn't warrant a full purchase of the game just for that small part I'm interested in. Will be checking it out and I hope they'll flesh it out more, and faster, now it's a standalone game.
A curious decision to say the least. But I can see people buying this. What if you're interested in that mode but you don't give a fuck about the rest of DoW2?

Here I was hoping that Relic were going back to the drawing boards and making a proper Dawn of War sequel instead of the abortion that they released.
Last Stand was really the only thing that kept me playing after I beat the campaign, it's a pretty nice stretch to make Last Stand a stand alone game and release it for $10.
Anyone got any idea at what time it will be released today?

Dawn of War 2 was a really crap game, even Games-Workshop was fucking pissed at them for creating a game which is not how 40k works. Their lead designer was 'mysteriously' fired after the crappy sales of the game.

lol its funny because DoW2 doesn't have base building because macromanagement is hard for casuals :(
