Reminds me of Ghost in the Shell, pretty cool. Funny how this is turning into Crysis though
Titanfall 2 looks pretty good.
Jesus fucking Christ its the same game again
Jesus fucking Christ its the same game again
How?
How?
if this played with no title and advanced warfare played with no title i wouldnt be able to tell the difference [editline]19th June 2015[/editline] do you guys remember the el daba demo?
I'm usually rather optimistic about new CoD, but this one's just Advanced Warfare with some stuff where you point your hand at things and they explode?
Does it mean it may be fall of Treyarch?
Jesus fucking Christ its the same game again
To be fair if they didn't have the fast vertical movement of Advanced Warfare a lot of people wouldn't buy it because it'd be the same scenario with COD4 going into World at War where the game felt like a huge step backwards because other developers worked on it. The campaign in BO3 seems neat though, i'm a sucker for 4 player Co-Op. And then there's stuff like Gunsmith and the specialists in Multiplayer and that's all sort of cool, but to be honest everyone expects a new Call of Duty every year and if every year was a massive change it'd be a lot for people to keep up with. Imagine if League of Legends added a massive game-changing feature every 12 months, that'd be a little overboard.
Jesus fucking Christ its the same game again
man is shocked to find a sequel is basically the same thing with more features/mechanics.
I love how they went on about completely customizable characters in co-op yet you apparently never see them in the cutscenes.
I am going to play the singleplayer. I am going to enjoy it because it entertains me. Then I am going to uninstall and never look back.
I'm excited for 4 player coop, I remember playing WaW with that shit all the time, it was loads of fun.
This looks better than the original campaign reveal imo. I know the second half is identical but the first half plays much more like what I enjoy with a destination and the players fighting their way through to the end.
oh my god the same weapon animations again?
I am going to play the singleplayer. I am going to enjoy it because it entertains me. Then I am going to uninstall and never look back.
I would probably do the same but 60 euros just for that is too much.
I heard it leaked already, you can buy the game on steam right this minute! It has a few codenames like COD4, 5, 6 , 7 , 8 ect. doesn't matter which one you pick! isn't that great, it would save you 60 euro's
They are still using the same ak-47 animation from COD4
This whole cyber futuristic what ever you wanna call it is really boring, or at the least unfitting for Call of Duty IMO. I, and I'm sure a lot of others, would much prefer a return to WW2 already rather than keep going this direction.
In my opinion this game was doomed the moment they tried to follow AW by making a game so similar in concept. I'm tired of 'press button enemy dies' weapons. At least when WWII was stale, it was stale with weapons we all loved.

The first thing the player does is literally the air stomp from Crysis 2. [editline]20th June 2015[/editline] Also calling it now the enemy will hack your cybercore/mind control you or your frendlies.
They are still using the same ak-47 animation from COD4
I'm 99% sure it's a running gag at this point. I know a lot of people who basically only use the AK 47 in call of duty because they know for a fact it's the only weapon that'll never change in any of the COD games :v:
Holy shit those explosion sprites are fucking dreadful, 2005 era quality
Holy shit those explosion sprites are fucking dreadful, 2005 era quality
feckin christ, half-life 2's are better and it's from 2004
I absolutely hate how the COD games keep flipping between boring as shit grey/brown world and interesting colorful world. I don't care about rubble. If you're barely touching the gameplay at least show me something neat. Black Ops 2 looked like the future. Advanced Warfare looked like the future. This looks like a never ending construction site where everyone has robo arms.
Going against the trend in this here thread but I don't mind Treyarch's Call of Duty games. Infinity Ward's, on the other hand, I could care less for.

I honestly don't know how can people still touch cod games. No matter what dev the game gets, it still smells of the same exact thing as every other single cod game as before. Advanced warfare changed a bit, but it still gets old extremely fast. Just from looking at those weapon models and those animations and just about every aesthetic choice in the game, its like playing the first modern warfare from a few years ago. No ammount of new features will ever change this. IMO, cod is a franchise to avoid, if you don't like to suffer deja vu. [editline]20th June 2015[/editline]
The first thing the player does is literally the air stomp from Crysis 2.
It's WAY too alike. The trailer also did a rather shitty job at presenting the cybercore thing. And yes yes, we know what we signed for, no need to remember us that we are just some soldier. We've known that for a while now...
CoD has been doing nothing but going further into the future everytime they release a new game. I like the old and current-era war too, not going a hundred years into the futurized war every game release.

WWII wouldn't be well-appreciated and the Korean War isn't much better, Vietnam got only a cursory couple of missions in Black Ops 1 but I don't know what else you can really cover for the Cold War that CoD would be willing to work with, and people are bored as shit of modern warfare.
