A while ago, I saw a little flash app I thought was interesting. You could upload a picture, and it turned it into an evenly-spaced grid of circles. When you moused over a circle, it would divide into four smaller circles, and so on.
Any idea what that was and where I can find it? I'm planning a project of sorts, and it would drastically cut down on the work I would have to do.
I dont know what your talking about, but there are many web based tools. Not exactly on IE or Firefiox, but on Google Chrome you can download extensions for for example: Darkens the rest of the screen while watching a video; Share a page on Facebook; ECT.
