• What register do I sing?

I don't know if register is the right term, words I'm looking for is bass, baritone, tenor, etc. Notes that IMO I can reach well are the F# above middle C and the F below the C and octave under middle C. I think it's F2 and F#4?
Tenor. I know cause I'm one in several choirs and have a similar range, I can get from F2 to A6. Although, theres a possibility your a baritone, which is between tenor and bass, test your voice, see if you can push it higher than you thought
Add power! It will increase your range by several semi tones.
F2 to F#4 is usually a bass range. However, it really depends on how your voice sounds like. If you're not at least 20 years old, you can't be sure, as your voice fully develops in your '20s. So, you're a bass or a baritone. Definitely not Tenor. They're suppose to reach A4 easily and even higher.
