Ubisoft's platformer - which went straight into the Wii U chart at number one and the All-format top ten at six - was also released on Xbox 360 and PS3, but the Nintendo version outsold them both. According to the latest Chart-Track figures, the Wii U version of Rayman Legends was the 14th best selling game of the week by individual format. The Xbox 360 version was back at 18 while the PS3 version was two places back at 20. Put them all together and you have a chart placing of six.
It's a good sign. I will pick it up for Wii U later this year.
The other versions must have sold horribly.
It just seems like Rayman sold quite poorly looking at that, it's good news for the Wii U though.
Black Ops 2 was released almost a year ago, and its still around the charts, just wow.
Well from what I've heard, the Wii U version really is the definitive version of the game thanks to the touchscreen controls for Murphy. Game is still excellent from what I've seen in the PC demo; looking forward to playing it tomorrow.
So it should, considering most of the game's features were intended through the Wii U
So it should, considering most of the game's features were intended through the Wii U
The game actually feels broken and wrong due to the touchscreen aspects from back when it was Wii U exclusive. Apparently it's just me because everyone seems to love it.

Weird. And personally I can't see it being good on the 360 or PS3 because of the Wii U features being used without a proper controller for it. I have no clue how it plays on the PC though, but I imagine it'd be a bit better than the 360 and PS3 experience.
Going to be picking it up on Vita tomorrow. Due to no demo, I have no idea if touch is implemented, but the PC Demo was pretty good aside from that, so I'll guess I'll just wait and see.

Everyone should buy Rayman Legends. It's my game of the year and yes, I am aware that The Last of Us/Walking Dead Series 2/Grand Theft Auto 5/Watch Dogs are coming out this year.
Heartwarming. Hopefully things are finally looking up for the Wii U.

It's a bit jarring having to press the Y button to get Murphy to do what he would have done on the touchscreen, but you get used to it pretty quick. I can't imagine it's any more jarring having to do that than it is having to look down at the touchscreen on the Wii U version if you're playing the game alone.

This game looks rad as fuck, really wanna get it.
It's a really fucking good platformer and I'm so glad Ubisoft decided to revive the Rayman series with these great platformers. Seriously, if you love platformers at all, you should do yourself a favor and get this game.
