Also, I can vouch for the F.E.A.R. problem, I had to do the same thing when I bought my Platinum version. I also "love this fucking game". This happened to me to retail copy gta 4, did the same exact thing and downloaded a crack.

i dont understand, i remember when i got fear 1 as a christmas present unexpected, it worked fine and it was a fucking awesome game too bad my pc was horrible back then when i got a new pc i played through the game again but on better graphics and it was all the more awesome! :v: haven't played it ever since then though, and it didn't bug really.
